How to register a team – Parents

Parents:

  1. Create an account on https://www.firstinspires.org/ (Some of you may have this from last year).
  2. When you log in, you will see the main page called Dashboard
  3. You will also see multiple tabs within it and one of them says Youth registration
  4. Click on it and add your child as a member, it will ask for their birthdate and school etc. If you are a returning member and your child is already in the system, you may still need to update their grade or any other minor detail
  5. Then it will ask you to APPLY for a team. Your head coach will have given you a team number. Apply your child towards that team
  6. You might also see a drop-down menu next to your child’s name which will say “Youth consent and release form”. You need to accept that one as well.
  7. All this process will send the head coach a request to accept your child in the team, and then they will accept them.
